Benevolence

Our benevolent program consists of: helping people with food, clothing, furniture, and appliances that are in good working order. Food is distributed on Monday evenings BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. These may be obtained by contacting the church office at 270-554-2511.

Our "AMIGOS" (Aging Men in God's Outreach Service) is a group of men trying to care for the elderly and infirmed with projects they are physically unable to do.

Clothing

Bill Ross is the deacon in charge of the clothing department. Appointments may be made for Wednesday mornings from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Furniture

Les Sternberg is in charge of the department of furniture and appliances.
Appointments may be made Monday - Friday in accordance with Mr. Sternberg's availability.

Food

Daryl Blagg is the deacon in charge of the department of food. Appointments may be made for Monday evenings.

All clothing, food, and furniture are at no charge to the recipients.

Clothing, food, and furniture donations may be left at the church or benevolence buildings. Please make an appointment to drop off furniture or appliances. Tax donation receipts are available upon request.
